Your first appointment is all about getting to know you—and your smile. We’ll take time to review your medical and dental history, complete a comprehensive exam, and discuss your goals and concerns. Most first visits include:

  • A full dental exam

  • Digital X-rays (as needed)

  • Oral cancer screening

  • Professional cleaning (if applicable)

  • One-on-one consultation with your dentist

We believe in creating customized care plans, so you’ll leave with a clear understanding of your oral health and next steps.

What to Bring

To help us provide the best care possible, please bring:

  • A valid photo ID

  • Insurance card (if applicable)

  • List of current medications

  • Completed new patient forms (downloadable [here])

No Insurance? No Problem!

At Adams and Cheek Dentistry, we have listened to our patients and understand the need for an affordable alternative to dental insurance. To help all of our valued patients have a choice with access to the same excellent level of dental care, we are now offering our own DENTAL CARE SAVINGS PROGRAM. As your Raleigh dentist, we do not provide dental insurance and your program benefits are only available for use with us here at Adams and Cheek Dentistry.
