Our staff has years of experience and a dedicated passion to produce quality results for all who visit our office. They simply are the best in Raleigh and North Carolina. They help make us better people and dentists. They have the uncommon blend of excellent technical and administrative skills along with genuine care and concern for our patients and one another. We carry ourselves with pride in the office and community; but don’t be fooled, we also like to joke and laugh throughout the day.
Our administrative staff seeks to schedule your time efficiently and process your account accurately. Our clinical staff is committed to making you feel comfortable at all times. We want to earn your trust while delivering the best possible dentistry without exception. You have to experience our care to know what sets us apart from other dental practices. We look forward to serving you.

I worked with Dr Adams right out of school from 2002-2004. After leaving town for a few years, I returned to the practice in 2014. I’m so happy to be back working in such a wonderful office again!
My family and I moved to North Carolina in the summer of 2002. Shortly after I arrived, I began working for Dr. Adams as a dental hygienist. I have three growing children that occupy most of my free time. I love to travel as most of you would know. My other interests include boating, cooking, gardening and relaxing with a good book.
I am originally from Miami, Florida where I received my degree as a dental hygienist in 1993. My husband and I moved to North Carolina in 2002 and have enjoyed raising our three children here. On my down time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have 2 boys and 1 daughter. All three play competitive soccer and much of my time is spent cheering them on with my husband! When I am not busy being a soccer mom, I enjoy yoga, meditation, exercising and relaxing at the beach.
I was born and raised in Cedar Creek, NC, which is just outside of Fayetteville. I received my dental hygiene degree in 2006 from Fayetteville Technical Community College. I have been with Adams & Cheek Dentistry since February 2019, on a part time basis. I was fortunate enough to find a team that is fun, caring and provides exceptional dental care.

My name is Tiana but I am called by my nickname, Nicky. I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland where I graduated from the Medix School for Dental Assisting and began my assisting career in 1997. My family and I moved to Raleigh in 2014.
I am a Raleigh native! I graduated from high school with my CNA I and II, knowing I wanted to work in the medical field. Following high school, I started taking classes for dental assisting and started working at Adams and Cheek Dentistry. After working front desk at our office and graduating from the dental assisting program, I was able to transition to a dental assisting role here! When I am not at work, I enjoy being outdoors and hiking. I also enjoy listening to music and attempting Pinterest crafts and recipes!
My name is Tonjee but everyone calls me T-Jay. I have been in the dental field since 2005 and I started as a receptionist. I began assisting one year later and absolutely fell in love with it. I love the atmosphere and coworkers here at Adams and Cheek Dentistry. I am originally from Fayetteville, NC. My father was in the military so I was considered a “military brat” and my family moved every 3 years. I have lived out west, up north and even overseas. When I am not at work, I love to play golf, do DIY projects on my home and spend time with family and friends.
Although I am a NC native, I moved to Raleigh in 2006. I began my career in Healthcare at a local orthodontic office. After 5 years of ortho, I wanted to broaden my knowledge of dentistry. In December of 2015, I was lucky enough to be chosen by Dr. Adams and Dr. Cheek to manage the insurance side of their practice. I am honored to work with two of the best dentists you will find and a group of amazing co-workers who all have so much compassion for patients, they feel like family!
After moving from Plano, Texas to Raleigh in 1998, I met Dr. Adams when I began babysitting for his children. A few months later, I was asked to work at the front desk in his office on Blue Ridge. Needless to say, I have been with Dr. Adams for quite some time, with the exception of a 4 year maternity leave to stay home with my children.
